Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 9, 10, 11 and 12, of Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Health,' sub-title ‘Local Boards of Health,' so far as the same relates to Baltimore county, and to re-enact the same with amendments and additions, to be known as ‘Sections 132 A, 132 B, 132 C, 132 D, 132 E, 132 F and 132 G,' of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Baltimore County," sub-title Health and Sanitary Officers.' Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale of in- toxicating liquors at Ruxton Station, Baltimore county, Maryland, or within a radius of a mile thereof." Which was read the second time, Mr. Ravenscroft. from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled ‘An Act to prevent the destruction of trout, in Castleman river and the streams that flow into the Castleman river, Garrett county, Md." Which was read the second time. Mr. Putzel, from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to ‘repeal and re-enact sec- tion 763, of chapter 123, of the Acts of the General As- sembly of Maryland, of 1898, title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Police Commissioners.' Which was read the second time. Mr. Moore, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled -‘An Act to authorize and empower the Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke city, Maryland, to contract first with the owners of the present Electric Light plant in said city to furnish to said city the power to run their present water plant, or secondly to contract to furnish to the electric light plant sufficient power to ruu said plant, and in the event of said last mentioned contract being made the said Mayor and Council of Poco- moke city' are authorized and empowered to borrow the 75 |
