House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Calvin Sat-
terfield and Lawrence Satteifield, executors of William
C. Satterfield, late of Caroline county, the sum of one
hnndred and nine dollars and seventy-eight cents, for
taxes erroneously collected from the said William C. Sat-
terfield, and paid into the treasury of the State."

Which was read the second time.

Also favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Benj. F. Mid-
dleton, late collector of State taxes for Allegany county,
a certain sum of money erroneously paid by him into
the State Treasury."

Which was read the second time.

Also favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to create the office of
State Dairy and Food Commissioners, define duties and
provide for the execution of same to follow section 50
of Article 48, Public General Laws, and to be designated
as ‘Sections 51, 52, 53, 54, 55. 56, 57 and 58.'

grossed for a third reading.

of Baltimore, Assignee of Safe Deposit and Trust Com-
