Somerset county, and to provide for the collection of
taxes therein.
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays."

The Senate took a recess until 4 P. M.

AFTERNOON SESSION.

FRIDAY. March 30th, 1900.

The Senate resumed session at 4 P. M.
Present at roll call the following Senators:

Senate bill entitled "An Act to refund to Henry Tyd-
ings a sum of money paid in error into the State Treas-
ury."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
