March 30th, at 8.15 P. M.


The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

March 30, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully request the return to the House of
Delegates of Senate Bill No. 245, local title ‘Anne Arun-
del County,' sub-title ‘Gaming' introduced by Senator
Williams, of Anne Arundel county."
