On motion of Mr. Putzel, it was Ordered, That when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet to-morrow morning at 10.30 o'clock. Which was adopted. On motion of Mr. Bryan, The Senate re-considered its action by which House bill entitled "An Act to repeal a portion of the Act of Assembly, 1892, chapter 200, and a portion of the Acts of Assembly, 1898, chapter 123." Was made the Special Order of the Day, for Thursday March 29th, at 8.30, and Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day, for Friday, March 30th, at 12.15 P. M. BILLS—THIRD READING. Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Governor of Maryland to appoint L. Allison Wilmer, late Adjutant- General of Maryland, or some other person, to be select- ed by the Governor, the agent of the State of Maryland, to collect and recover, in the name of the Governor of Maryland, the balance due, or so much thereof as is col- lectable, of the claim of the State against the United States Government growing out of the furnishing and equipping of Maryland troops for the Volunteer Army of the United States in the late Spanish-American War, and providing compensation therefor."
