General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequest of Moses
Koch, in his last will, to the Baltimore Bickard Cholin
Hebrew Friendship Congregation."

Honse bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 10, of
Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
‘Fees of Officers,' sub-title ‘Attorneys,' and ic-enact the
same with amendments."
Which report was adopted.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 92 of
Article 5 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Appeals and Errors,' sub-title ‘Appeals from
Justices of the Peace,' and to re-enact the said section as
amended."
Which report was adopted.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act granting the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland, to certain bequests
contained in the last will and testament of Samuel Hoff-
man, late of Carroll county, deceased."

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, to
sundry gifts and bequests contained in the last will

named."
