Mr. Wilkinson moved that the Senate reconsider its action by which Senate bill No. 266, entitled "An Act to repeal and re- enact with amendments, section 11, of Article 32, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Den- tistry,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." Was made the Special order of the Day for Friday, March 30th, at 2 P. M. Which motion prevailed, and Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kirwan, Applegarth, Marsh, Baker, Messick, Betts, Peter, Brewington, Ravenscroft, Bryan, Rohrback, Crothers, Wilkinson, Dick, Williams, of Har., Dodson, Williams, of A. A. Gray, —19. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill No. 226, entitled "An Act to repeal sections 232 A and 232 F of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Telegraph and. Telephone Companies,' as enacted by the Act of 1892, chapter 387, and the Act of 1894, chapter 207, respectively, and to re-enact said section 232 A with amendments."
