Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We have received your message notifying this Senate of the organization of your Honorable Body and request- ing the appointment of a Joint Committee to wait on the Governor, and inform him that the General Assembly is now prepared to receive any communication which he may desire to make; this Senate having been organizcd by the election of Hon. John Hubner as President and Alfred Hitter as Secretary; we respectfully concur in your message. We have appointed on the part of the Senate Messrs. Crothers and Williams, of Harford. By order, ALFRED RIPPER, Secretary. Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
