Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to furnish anti- Toxine to indigent patients." Which was read the second time. Mr. Bryan, from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the laying of railway tracks upon Lombard street., between Patterson Park avenue and Exeter street, in the city of Baltimore, without the consent of the General Assembly." Which was read the second time. Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 41 and sections thereafter to section 83, but exclusive of section 83, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dorchester County,' sub-title ‘Cambridge,' and all other sections thereunder, except. such sections as are herein specifically excepted, and in the place and stead of the repealed sections to substitute certain other sections." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of Secretary in Dorchester county." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably. House bill entitled "An Act to add a sub-section to be known as sub-section ‘203 A' to section 203 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dorchester County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace.' Which was read the second time. |
