And Mr. Williams, of Harford, introduced the follow- ing bill. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS. By Mr. Williams, of Harford, A bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the Potomac and Severn Electric Railway Company, and to grant certain additional privileges and powers to said corporation and to confirm certain privileges granted to said corporation by the Mayor, Counsellor and Alder- men of the city of Annapolis." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES. President Hubner, from Select Committee, reported favorably, with proposed amendments.. House bill entitled "An Act to add three new sections to chapter 334, of the Acts of 1890, entitled ‘An Act to regulate the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore county, to come in after section 21, and to be designated as ‘Sections 21 A, 21 B and 21 C,' respec- tively." AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. 1. After "An Act” iu line 1 insert the words "to re- peal and re-enact with amendments section 10 of chapter 33 of the Acts of 1890, and." |
