Which was read the second time. Mr. Dodson, from Select Committee, reported fav- orably, House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Talbot County,' snb-title ‘Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,' to be designated as ‘Section 127 A.'" Which was read the second time." Mr. Messick, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled "An Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title respec- tively ‘Caroline County,' ‘Dorchester County,' and Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Fish,' by adding thereto additional sections to be designated as Sections 146 A and 146 B,' of Article 6, sections 187 A and 187 B' of Article 10, and sections 116 A and 116 B of Article 21." Which was read the second time. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de- livered the following message BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, March 29th, 1900. Gentlemen of the Senate: We request the return to this House of Senate bill 239, entitled "An Act to prevent stock, swine, &c., from run- ning at large in Anne Arundel county." By order, B. L.
