House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 122, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Calvert County,'
Article 5, sub-title ‘Roads,' and re-enact the same with
amendments, so as to read as follows."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators.
Marsh, Gray and Williams, of Anne Arundel.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the con-
struction of a new reservoir or the rebuilaing of the old
reservoir belonging to the water-works of the town of
Frostburg, in Allegany county, and to authorize the
Mayor and City Councilmen of said town to issue bonds.
to pay the costs thereof."
