mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments chapter 527, of the Acts of 1898, entitled
an Act to repeal chapter 448, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1894, entitled an Act to appropriate the
fines and forfeitures imposed by the Circuit Court for
Baltimore county and by Justices of the Peace thereof,
to the Treasurer of the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, for the use of the public
schools of said county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Hubner, Williams, of Anne Arundel and Williams, of
Harford.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title ‘Frederick County,' sub-title ‘Bridges,' said new sec-
tion to follow section 61, of said Article 11, and to be
designated as ‘Section 61 A."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Rohrback, Betts and Dick.

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of HarfOrd county, to levy a sum of
money as a pension for George W. Gorrell, of said.
