Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Beasman, Rohrback and Williams, of Harford.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to add four additional sec-
tirnis to Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Somerset County,' sub-title ‘Princess Anne,' as repealed
and re-enacted by chapter 543 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, 1894, to follow section 204, and
to be numbered and designated as ‘Sections 204 A, 204
B, 204 C and 204 D."
Endorsed : "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Dennis, Messick and Applegarth
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re- enact with
amendments sections 244, 245, 248, 249, 250 and 251, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dor-
chester County,' sub-title ‘Oysters,' and to repeal and re-
enact with amendments sections 155, 156, 159, 160, 161
and 162, of Article 2], of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Oysters,' as said sections ap-
pear respectively in volumes 1 and 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws and all amendments and re-enactments of
said sections in the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, since the codification of the laws in 1888, said
sections being co-ordinate sections of law applicable to
the water of the Chesapeake river in common between
Dorchester and Talbot.
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to require the Mt. Olivet
Cemetery Company, of Frederick count.y, to cause the
flag of the United States to float over the grave of
Francis Scott Key, from May 30th to September 25th,
in each year, and on all national holidays."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
