Kirwin, Applegarth and Dodson.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 232, 233
and 234, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Miscellaneous Local
Laws,' as re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Bryan, Moses and Putzel.
Also,
House bilL entitled "An Act to provide for the payment
of jurors, witnesses, bailiffs, messengers and criers for
the Circuit Court for Calvert county, and to authorize
and direct the County Commissioners of Calvert county
to borrow money for that purpose, to issue bonds for the
payment of the sathe, and to levy taxes on the assessable
property in said county to redeem said bonds and pay
interest thereon."

and nays."

Marsh, Gray and Williams, of Anne Arundel.
