1016 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 27 Also, Ordered, That Mrs. Anna Killman be paid the sum of $50 fur washing towels from the 9th day of February until end of session for the use of Senate and Senate committee rooms and lavatory. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Finance. Mr. Crothers submitted the following message: By THE SENATE, March 27th, 1900. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We respectfully request the return to the Senate of Senate bill file, No. 372, printed No. 220, entitled”An Act to appropriate the sum of twenty-one thousand four hun- dred and forty dollars and fifty-six cents, and to refund the same to the appropriation for the contingent and necessary expenses of the Adjutant-General's office, &c”; said bill having been endorsed passed by the Senate on March 22d, 1900. By order, ALFRED RITTER, Secretary. Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of Delegates. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de- livered the following message: By THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. March 26, 1900. Gentlemen of the Senate: We have received your message requesting the return to the Senate of House bill No. 113, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Frederick Trust and Deposit Company;" also House bill, printed No. 225, entitled "An Act to in- corporate the State Trust and Deposit Company," and we herewith return said bills."
