Mr. Rohrback moved that the Rules be suspended and
that the Senate reconsider its action by which the unfa-
vorable report by the Committee on Corporations upon
said bills was adopted.
The Rules were suspended (two-thirds of the Senators
voting in the affirmative) by yeas and nays as follows:

Senate bill No. 221, entitled "An Act to repeal section
2, of Article 54, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title ‘Land Office,' and sections 11 and 15, of
same Article, as amended and re-enacted by Acts of the
Assembly of 1894, chapter 191."
