1900.] OF THE SENATE. 1017 Mr. Rohrback moved that the Rules be suspended and that the Senate reconsider its action by which the unfa- vorable report by the Committee on Corporations upon said bills was adopted. The Rules were suspended (two-thirds of the Senators voting in the affirmative) by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Kirwan, Baker, Marsh, Betts, Messick, Brewington, Peter, Bryan, Putzel, Crothers, Ravenscroft, Dennis, Rohrback, Dick, Wilkinson, Podson, Williams, of Har., Gray, Williams, of A. A., —20. NEGATIVE—None. And the Senate reconsidered its action. On motion of Mr. Rohrback, Said bills were re-committed to the Committee on Corporations. BILLS—THIRD READING.
