Chapter 57. "An Act to repeal chapter 498, of the Acts
of 1888, entitled 'An Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and 21,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title respectively,
'Caroline County, ' 'Dorchester County' and 'Talbot County'
sub-title 'Fish, ' by adding 3 new sections thereto, to be
designated as 'Section 146 A of Article 6, section 182 A
of Article 10, and section 116 A of Article 21. '"

Chapter 58. "An Act to authorize and direct the Board of
County Commissioners of Carroll county to erect and main-
tain boards so painted and with letters and figures as to
indicate the direction of and distance to the nearest town,
city, village, postoffice, turnpike or main road at the in-
tersection of all county roads in said county. "

The following Acts of the General Assembly, originat-
ing in the House of Delegates, were presented to the
Governor for his approval this day at 12. 30 P. M.

Chapter 75. "An Act to provide for the establishment
of an electric light plant in Hagerstown, Maryland. "

Chapter 76. "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 2, chapter 318, of the Acts of 1898,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Realty Trust Company
of Maryland, and to add to the same an additional sec-
tion to be known as 'Section 21, ' changing the name of
said corporation. "

Chapter 77. "An Act to amend the charter of the Peo-
ple's Bank of Baltimore city, a body corporate, as con-
tained in the Act of 1884, chapter 342, by repealing and
re-enacting with amendments, section 3 of said Act. "

Chapter 78. "An Act to amend the charter of the Sover-
eign Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fel-
lows, as incorporated by chapter 18 of the Acts passed at
the January Session of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, of 1880, by changing the name of said corporation,
