AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out the whole of section 7 and substitute the
following:

"Sec. 7. And be it further enacted, That said body
corporate is hereby made subject to the provisions'4 of
each of chapters 109 and 278 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session of
192, and to all amendments and supplements thereto. "

"Sec. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. "
