Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Frederick
County, ' by inserting after section 37, under a new sub-
title to be designated 'Attorney's Fees, ' certain additional
sections to be known as '37 A and 37 B, ' providing for the
appointment of assistant counsel in criminal and other
State cases, and to defend in criminal cases and regulat-
ing the compensation to bo allowed by the county com-
missioners of said county for such services. "

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Frederick County, ' sub-title 'Bridges, ' said new section
to follow section 61 of said Article, and to be designated
as 'Section 61 A. ' "

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 149, 163,
164 and 167, of Article 6, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Caroline County, ' sub-title 'Greenborough, '

add a new section to said Article, to be known as 'Sec-
tion 168 A. "

Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Wash-
ington County, ' sub-title 'Hagerstown, ' as amended, by
