Sec. 17. And be it further enacted, That said body
corporate is hereby made subject to the provisions of
each of said chapters 109 and 278 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-
sion of 1892, and to all amendments and supplements
thereto. "

Sec. 18. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. "

Mr. Norris, from the Committee on Hygiene, reported
unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the manufac-
rure, sale and serving of renovated butter, to follow sec-
tion 91 of Article 27, Public General Laws of Maryland,
title 'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title 'Fraud, ' now
sub-title 'Renovated Butter, ' to be designated and known
as 'Section 91 A. '"

Mr. Satterfield moved to refer the report and the bill
to the Agricultural Committee.

Which motion was adopted.

Mr. Knott, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

Senate bill entitled ''An Act to authorize the Queen
Anne's Railroad Company of Maryland and Delaware, to
change its corporate name, and granting certain addi-
tional powers and franchises to said company. "

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Choate, from the Committee on Agriculture, re-
ported favorably.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add three additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Fraud, ' sub-title 'Fruits—Vegetable Pack-
ing, ' to follow section 104, and to he designated as 'Sec-
tion 104 A, 104 B and 104 C. "

Which was read a second time,

Mr. Knott, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably, with proposed amendment,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Eastern

Security Company. "
