House, bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to certain gifts, be-
quests and devises contained in the last will and testa-
ment of certain persons late of Allegany county, deceas-
ed; and also certain conveyance, grant or deed of land
lying in Allegany county, to and for the use and benefit
of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations and
charitable institutions as hereinafter set forth. "

Mr. Collins, from Committee on Claims, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Benj. F. Mid-
dleton, late collector of State taxes for Allegany county,
a certain sum of money erroneously paid by him into the
State Treasury. "

Mr. Roberts, from Committee on Chesapeake Bay and
Its Tributaries, reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to prevent purse net fish-
ing in Chesapeake bay east of a line drawn from Plum
Point, in Kent county, to Rumney creek, in Harford
county. "

Mr. Knott, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate Washington
Camp No. 13, Patriotic Order Sons of America, of the
State of Maryland, Patriotic Order Sons of America. "

Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Western
Maryland Trust Company. "
