The House of Delegates having received your message
requesting the return to the Senate of House bill No.
77, entitled "An Act to repeal section 40 of Article 17, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Clerks of Courts, '
sub-title 'Clerk of the Court of Appeals, ' as repealed and
re-enacted by the Acts of 1894, chapter 298, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, respectfully complies
with your request, and herewith return the same.

Mr. Walsh, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at December ses-
sion, 1843, chapter 47, entitled an Act to incorporate the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, also to repeal
an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January session, 1867, chapter 420, entitled 'An Act
to revive and amend the Act of incorporation of the town
of New Windsor, in Carroll county, ' passed at December
session, 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal the 14th section
thereof, and re-enact the same with the following new
and additional sections, and to re-enact the following in
lieu thereof. '"

Mr. Merrick, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to sell a school house in
the 14th Election District of Prince George's county. "
