Senate bill No. 65, entitled "An Act to repeal chapter
231, of the laws of 1898, entitled an Act to confer on the
Chesapeake Beach Railway Company the powers, rights,
and franchises granted to the Washington and Chesa-
peake Beach Railway Company, by chapter 245, of the
Acts of 1894, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Chesapeake Beach, in Calvert county, and to re-enact said
chapter 245, of the Acts of 1894, with amendments. "
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In line 133 of printed bill, section 13, after the word
"meetings, " insert the following: "And to regulate, re-
strain, license and prohibit games of all kinds. "
Strike out all in printed bill from line 438 to line 444,
both inclusive.
