Mr. Wolfe, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably.

House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the riding of
bicycles or other vehicles of that description upon the
sidewalks or foot ways of public, roads in Howard
county. "

Mr. Contee, from Select Committee reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to empower the County

Commissioners of Prince George's county to levy a sum

of money for the building of a school house for colored

children in the 13th Election District, near Lanham's

Station, in Prince George's county, Md. "

House bill entitled "An Act te repeal section 359, of
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Washington County, ' sub-title 'Sheriff, ' as re-

and to re-enact the same with amendments. "
