The vote was reconsidered, by which the unfavorable
report was adopted, on

Senate bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claim of Wm. J, C. Dulany Company,
for stationery furnished for the use of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1898, the Executive Department,
Court of Appeals and State Library for 1899, and the
General Assembly of Maryland for 1900. "
