Leave was granted to the Charles county delegation
and Mr. Staley, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to
add additional section to Article 9, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title, 'Charles County, ' under the new sub-
title 'Duties of the County School Commissioners, ' to fol-
low section 168, and to be designated as Section 168 A. ' "

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled 'An Act to give and declare the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the
devise and bequest contained in the will of Annie R.
Hanson, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the Church
of the Messiah of Baltimore city. "

On motion of Mr, Lehmayer,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to grant and declare
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to a sale and conveyance by J. Henry Judik
and Lillie A. Judik, his wife, and Robert W. Jones and
Mary A. Jones, his wife, their heirs or assigns to "The
Keen Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Balti-
more city, ' of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city,
and to the holding of said lot by the said The Keen Mem-
orial Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore city, in.
fee-simple with full power to dispose of the same. "

On motion of Mr. Dryden,

Leave was granted to the Somerset county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add four additional
sections to Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Somerset County, ' sub-title 'Princess Anne, ' as re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 543, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1894, to follow section
204, and to be numbered as 'Sections 204A, 204 B, 204 C,
204 D. ' "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Insurance and
Loans to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Tidewater Fire Insurance Company of Cambridge,
