spirituous or fermented liquors at any point within one
mile and a-half of the public school house in the village
of Croom, or within a mile and a-half of St. Thomas
Church, Prince George's county, Maryland. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of a Board of Commissioners, to be known as
'Commissioners for the revision of the laws of the State
of Maryland, relating to State banks, Fidelity and Trust
Companies, and Building and Loan Associations. "
On motion of Mr. Waller,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Railroads and
Canals to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Railroads, ' to follow sec-
tion 193, to be known as 'Section 193 A. '"
On motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new
section to Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' to be designated
as 'Section 204, ' to follow section 203, of said Article, and
to repeal all Acts or parts of Acts, laws or parts of laws,
in conflict with the provisions of this Act, so far as the
same may be in conflict. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 14 and 15, of Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Pun-
ishments, ' sub-title 'Assault on Wife. ' "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to exempt Baltimore
city from the provisions of an Act entitled an Act to add

Session, 1900, of the General Assemble of Maryland. "
