On motion of Mr. Brown, of Frederick,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Roads and
Highways, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act requiring
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company to keep a
flagman stationed at the crossing of said railroad over
the county road at Monrovia, Frederick county. "
On motion of Mr. Anderson, of Worcester,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate a
society called 'Knights of Babylon, ' of Germantown,
Worcester county, Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide ad-
ditional revenue for the State of Maryland by imposing
a wagon license fee upon all brewers and bottlers who
supply other than licensed dealers with any form or
variety of malted liquors. "
On motion of Mr. Staley,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Education to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 102, of
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Public Education, ' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "
On mation of Mr. Frenzel,
Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for the
election of a janitor for the Court House, Allegany
county. "
On motion of Mr. Merrick,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 296, 297 and 298, of Article 17, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Prince
George's County, ' sub-title 'Sheriff, ' and to re-enact said
sections. '"
