On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Talbot county from issuing license
to any person or company of circus riders or equestrian
performers, or to any person or company to exhibit for
reward any animal or animals or natural or artificial
curiosities (except models of useful inventions) during
the months of August, September and October, (except
fair associations, ) and providing penalties for such un-
licensed exhibitions. "
On motion of Mr. Duncan,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act directing the Appeal
Tax Court of Baltimore city not to issue any permit for
the erection of new buildings in said city until all taxes
are paid on the land upon which said buildings are to be
erected. "
On. motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "Au Act to more definitely de-
fine the waters in Talbot county where oysters may be
taken with scrape, scoop or dredge by residents of Tal-
bot county. "
On motion of Mr. Duncan,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to allow the Mayor and
City Council to appeal to the Comptroller of the State
Treasury and the State Treasurer from decisions of the
Tax Commissioner. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "Au Act to exempt
from taxation all mortgages in Baltimore city for amounts
under two hundred dollars. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
