Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-en-
act with amendments chapter 527, of the Acts of 1898, enti-
tled 'An Act to repeal chapter 448, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1894, entitled an Act to appropriate
the fine's and forfeitures imposed by the Circuit Court
for Baltimore county, and by Justices of the Peace there-
of, to the Treasurer of the Board of County School Com-
