otherwise have under the general laws shall not be
construed to authorize it to acquire in that way any
of the lands, rights, privileges or property now used,
owned or occupied by the Conowingo Bridge Company
in Cecil county or Harford county in the State of Mary-
land and that said power of condemnation shall not be
exercised along the Susquehanna river, in Cecil county
or Harford county aforesaid, farther north than one mile
and a-half above the said Conowingo bridge. "
