introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
section 81, of Article 77, of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title 'Public Education, ' sub-title
'Teacher's Institutes' and re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act granting the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland to certain bequests
contained in the last will and testament of Saml. Hoff-
man, late of Carroll county, Maryland. "

Leave was granted to the Worcester county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 49 and 56, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Worcester County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game, ' and to
re-enact the same with amendments. '"

pointment of a board of commissioners, to be known as
'Commissioners for the revision of the laws of the State
of Maryland relating to State banks, savings banks, fidel-

tions, and to define the duties of said board. '"
