Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the vocation
of barbering in the State of Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Critchfield,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Inter-State Trust and Guaranty Company. "

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
the better enforcement of laws relating to labor and in-
dustries. "

On motion of Mr. Graeff,

Leave was granted to the Allegany County delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-en-
act with amendments section 42 A, of Article 1, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Allegany County, '
sub-title 'County Tax Collector. ' "
