On motion of Mr. Mitchell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to determine the status
of typewriting. "

On motion of Mr. Deets, (by request, )
Leave was granted to the Montgomery county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section 190 and 192, of Article
16, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
'Montgomery County, ' sub-title 'Rockville. ' "

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Patapsco Investment Company. "

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
Introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
deed from the German Fire Insurance Company to Israel
Baptist Church of Baltimore. "

On motion of Mr. Garner,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the
Washington and Seaboard Railway Company to lease or
purchase any incompleted railroads in the State of Mary-
land. "

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
deed from Celonie and Wm. C. Geoghegan to the trustees
of Lee Street Baptist Church, Baltimore. "

On motion of Mr. Satterfield,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal chapter 582 of the Acts of 1894, entitled an
Act to permit fishing with pound nets on the waters of
the Chesapeake Bay from a point two hundred yards
westward from the extreme north end of Howells' Point,
to the north end of the broad beach at the mouth of Still
Pond Creek, and also to repeal sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
