title 'Fish and Fisheries' and to add certain new sections
to said Article, to follow section 12, to be designated as
'Sections 12 A, 12 B, 12 C, 12 D. 12 E, 12 F, 12 G, 12 H
12 J, 12 K, 12 L and 12 M "

On motion of Mr. Staley,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide
metallic cases for the office of the Land Commissioners,
and to appropriate a sum or money therefor. "

On motion of Mr. Perkins,

Leave was granted to the. Prince George's county del-
egation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to reincor-
porate the town of Hyattsville, in Prince George's county,
Maryland, and provide for a Mayor and Common Council
therein. "

On motion of Mr. Radcliffe,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to make assessments a
lien on property in the town of Frostburg, which shall be
assessed by the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg. "
On motion of Mr. Duncan,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'City of Baltimore, ' as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 123, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session 1898, sub-title 'Miscellaneous Local
Laws, sub-title 'Police Commissioners, ' sub-title 'Special
Fund, ' to follow section 776, and to be known as 'Sections
776 A, 776 B, 776 C, 776 D, 776 E and 776 F. ' "

Also,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 788, of
chapter 123, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session 1898, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title
'Miscellaneous Laws, ' sub-title 'New Station Houses. ' and
to re-enact said section 788 with amendments. "
