Mr. Lehmayer, from Judiciary Committee, reported
unfavorably,

House bill entitled ''Au Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 75, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Pleading, Practice and Process, ' sub-title 'Plead-
ings, ' to follow section 22 A, and to be known as 'Sec-
tion 22 B, ' providing for suits by and against voluntary
associations. "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Lehmayer, reported with request, that same be
sent to the Committee on Labor,

House bill entitled "An Act to add two additional sec-
tions to Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled 'Crimes and Punishments' to provide when
wages are to be paid and to be arranged under the new
sub-title 'Payment of Wages, ' and to come in after sec-
tion 149 of said At tide and to be known as 'Section 149
A, and 149 B. "

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Labor.

Mr. Knott, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
the Chesapeake Electric and Water Company of Balti-
more county, a corporation formed by the consolidation
of the Bay View Electric Light and Power Company of
Baltimore county and the Chesapeake Water Company
of Baltimore county, under the provisions of chapter 432
or the Acts of Assembly of 1894, by extending its opera-
tions into Baltimore city and increasing its capital stock. "
