House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
any person or firm who may have procured a license to
sell spirituous or fermented liquors in Carroll county
under chapter 6 of the Acts passed at the January ses-
sion of the General Assembly, 1894, to transfer and as-
sign such license to be used at the same place to any
person who is eligible to procure a license under said
chapter 6 of the Acts of 1894. "

A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and require the
Board of County Commissioners of Carroll county
to pay to the Mayor and Council of Hampstead, a
body corporate, in the county aforesaid, one-half of the
amount of the road taxes levied and collected from all
the property within the corporate limits of the town of
Hampstead of said county. "

House bill entitled "An Act to change the hours for
opening the polling places in the several election districts
of Calvert county, and directing the judges of election
to begin the election and open the polls at 6 o'clock in
the morning, at each polling place in the several election
districts, and shall be kept open until 6 o'clock in the
afternoon of the same day. "
