House bill entitled ''An Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown, to borrow the
sum of five hundred dollars for drainage purposes. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to provide waterworks for
Hyattsville, Prince George's county, Maryland, and the
maintenance of the same. "

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of an additional justice of the peace in the Fifth
Election District and in the Seventh Election District of
Montgomery county!"

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 21 of the Code of Public General Laws of
'Maryland, title 'Conveyancing' to follow section 85, and
to be. designated as 'Section 85 A. "
