On motion of Mr. Bramble,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title ' Testamentary Law, ' sub-title 'Guar-
dian and Ward, ' to come in after section 170, and to be
known as ' Section 170 A. ' "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
certain sums of money to the support of sundry schools
and charitable institutions in the State of Maryland for
each of the two fiscal years ending on the 30th day of
September, 1901, and the 30th day of September, 1902,
respectively. "
On motion of Mr. Dudley, of Queen Anne's,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
an election to be held in Election District No. 5, of
Queenstown district, of Queen Anne's county, to regulate
the liquor traffic therein; and repealing section 193 of
Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws; title
'Queen Anne's County, ' sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks, ' as amended by the Act of 1896, chapter 348, and
re-enacting the same with the addition of certain new
sections, to be designated as 'Sections 193 A, 193 B, 193
C, 193 D, 193 E and 193 F, ' so as to read as hereinafter
provided. "
On motion of Mr. Contee,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to empower
the County Commissions of Prince George's county to
levy a sum of money for the building of a school house
