On motion of Mr. Bramble,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to Article 13, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'Bills of Exchange and Promissory
Notes, ' to come in after section 11, and to be known as
'Section 11 A. '"

On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to change the name
of the Potomac and Severn Electric Railway Company,
and to grant certain additional powers and privileges to
said corporation, and to confirm franchises and privileges
granted to said corporation by the Mayor, Counsellor and
Aldermen of the City of Annapolis. "
On motion of 'Mr. ' Collins,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction the bequest
of certain moneys arising out of the sale of certain lands
to the convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
Diocese of Easton, in trust for the keeping up of the prop-
erty belonging to All Saints Parish in said Diocese, by
the last will and testament of George R. Goldsborogh, of
Talbot county. "

On motion of Mr. Mann,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for the
division of the first election precinct of the Fourteenth
Election District of Baltimore county, into two election
precincts to be known as 'Precinct No. 1, and Precinct
No. 3, ' respectively.

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend the Act
passed by the General Assembly of Maryland, at its ses-
sion of 1888, chapter 183, and. amended by the General
Assembly of Maryland, at its session of 1894, chapter
562, entitled 'Maryland Asylum and Training School for
the Feeble Minded. ' "
