Introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the December
session 1843, chapter 47, entitled 'An Act to incorporate
the town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, also to re-
peal an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January session 1867, chapter 420, entitled 'An
Act to revive and amend the Act of incorporation of the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, passed at
December session 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal the
fourteenth section thereof, and re-enact the same with
the following new and additional sections, and to enact
the following in lieu thereof. ' "
On motion of Mr. Waller,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled, "An. Act to authorize Clayton C.
Parker, of Wicomico county, to settle his accounts as
guardian to Raymond I. Parker, and to pay over all
money due said ward and take a receipt therefor. "
On motion of Mr. Contee,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Amendments
to the Constitution to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to amend section 17, of Article 3, of the Constitution of
the State of Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Duncan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the bequest and devise of Frederick Fickey, Jr.,
to Frank Woods, in trust, for the First Spiritual Church
of Baltimore city. "
On motion of Mr. Hoffacker,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Game and
Fish to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to restrict the
setting of steel traps, spring traps and snares, and to
prevent the destruction of foxes at their dens or brood-
ing places during certain seasons of the year.
On motion of Mr. Long,
Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section
'359 of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Washington County, ' sub-title 'Sheriff, '
