On motion of Mr. Scrimger,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board
of Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to increase the
pension of John T. Kelly, a retired policeman of the po-
lice force of Baltimore city. "
On motion of Mr. Buckey (by request),
Leave was granted to the Frederick county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale
cf spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer in the
village of New Midway, Frederick county, Maryland, or
within one mile thereof.
On motion of Mr. Lehmayer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate sales in bulk
and for that purpose to add certain new sections to Art-
icle 27 of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
of Maryland, entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, ' under
the new sub-title 'Sales in Bulk, ' to follow section 249
and to be known as 'Sections 249A, 249B, 249C, 249D and
249E. ' "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
Introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to sundry bequests and legacies under the will of
Margaret McMahon, late of Baltimore city, deceased. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
Introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to sundry bequests and legacies under the last will
of Anna Pinning, late of Baltimore city, deceased. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
