On motion of Mr. Sandman,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for a sani-
tary officer for the Thirteenth Election district of Balti-
more county. "

On motion of Mr. Cover,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the manu-
facture, sale and serving of renovated butter. "

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board
of Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to increase the
pension of Herman Heimiller. "

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An An to appropriate
a sum of money for the purpose of providing for the
erection of a suitable monument tablet in the U. S. Nat-
ional cemetery at Winchester, Virginia. ''

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 35, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
'Evidence, ' sub-title 'Competency of Witnesses, ' as re-
enacted by the Act of January session 1888, chapter 315,
and to re-enact a part of the same to read as follows:

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland, to a deed made by
the Canton Company of Baltimore city, a body corporate
to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal Missionary
Committee, a body corporate under the laws of the State
of Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Dunn,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Armor-Bowen Company of Baltimore city. "
