Fish to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section
40, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled 'Frederick County, ' sub-title 'Birds
and Game, ' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 102, of
the Acts of 1890, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "

Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation
and Mr. Deets to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to re-
peal section 173, of chapter 25, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-
sion 1898, known as the 'Amended Charter of Oakland, '
and to re-enact the same. "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, entitled 'Talbot County, ' sub-title 'Easton. ' "
