Leave was granted to the Committee on Pensions to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board
of Police Commissioners of Baltimore city to increase
the pension of John Steindle, a retired policeman, 'of
the police force of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Truitt, of Baltimore county,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the practice
of pharmacy in the State of Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Truitt, of Baltimore county,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to amend sections 1
and 2, of chapter 344, of the Acts of 1896, entitled an
Act to incorporate the Fraternal Trust and Banking
Company so that the corporate title of the said corpora-
tion shall hereafter be the City Trust and Banking Com-
pany, further amending said Act so as to authorize the
election of twenty-five directors or less.
On motion of Mr. Lehmayer,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary, to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 234, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title "Receiving Stolen
Goods, Money or Securities, " as amended by chapter 546
of the Acts of Assembly of 1892, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
Also,
Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to add an additional section to Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub-title "Jurisdiction, Procedure and Sentence, " sub-
sub-division "Procedure Indictments, " to be known as sec-
