to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the lay-
ing of railway tracks upon Lombard street between Pat-
terson Park Avenue and Exeter street, in the city of Balti-
more, without the consent of the General Assembly. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund to the personal
representations of H. G. Landis, deceased, a certain sum
of money paid into the State Treasury. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Bel Air and Havre de Grace Railway and Power Com-
pany. "

claim of William J. Kelly, late State wharfinger, for his
compensation of one-fifth of the rent of the wharf known
as "Pier 8, " Light street, in the city of Baltimore. "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add three additional
sections to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
