On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal section 30, of Article 72, of the Code of
Public General Laws, as enacted by chapter 380, of the
Acts of 1894, title 'Oysters, ' and to re-enact the same
with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add 7 ad-
ditional sections to Article 56, title 'Licenses, ' of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Traders, ' to regulate busi-
ness in cities having a population of fifteen thousand or
over, declaring it unlawful and making it a misdemeanor
to transact business in violation of the provisions there-
of, and provides the penalty for such violation, to come
in after section 54, arid to be known as 'Sections 54 A,
54 B. 54 C, 54 D, 54 E, 54 F and 54 G. ' "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Roads and
Highways to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to estab-
lish a Board of Sidepath Commissioners, and to provide
revenue for the repair and construction of sidepaths for
bicycles and protect the sidepaths from injury and tres-
passers. "
