On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add three additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Fraud, ' sub-title 'Fruit and Vegetables. '"
On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct
the Comptroller of Baltimore city and the Comptroller of
the State, respectively, to refund to August C. Schmidt,
money erroneously paid into the Treasuries, respectively,
of said State of Maryland and municipality for license. "
On motion of Mr. Frenzel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Game and
Fish to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, of Article 1, of Public Local
Laws, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title 'Birds and Game. ' "

On motion of Mr. Brown, of Baltimore city,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section four of the Code of Public Local Laws. "

On motion of Mr. Kendall,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund to John J.
Scoone and twenty-eight (28) others, citizens of Kent
county, Maryland, the sum of $5 each, paid to the State
in error, as decided by the Circuit Court of Kent county,
Maryland, as a tax, under chapter 441, of the Acts of
1896, as per license certificates hereto attached. "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an
Act entitled 'An Act to change the name and amend the
charter of the Visitors of the Asylum and Training
School for the Feeble Minded of the State of Maryland,
incorporated by the General Assembly of Maryland at
its session of 1888, chapter 183, passed at the session of
1894, chapter 562. "
