Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two additional
sections to Article 10, of the Code of Public General
Laws, of the State of Maryland, entitled 'Attorneys-at-
Law and Attorneys-in-Fact, ' to be known as 'Section 11
A, and Section 11 B. '"
On motion of Mr. Knott,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to change the name
of the 'C. L. Mering Company of Baltimore city, ' to the
'Patapsco Poultry and Produce Company. ' "
On motion of Mr. Sanford,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund to Rose G.
Walter, administratrix of Joseph Walter, deceased, a sum
of money, being the proportionate part of the sum of one
hundred dollars paid by the said Joseph Walter on May
11, 1899, unto F. Albert Kurtz, State Insurance Commis-
sioner, for an insurance broker's license, the said Joseph
Walter having departed this life on the 6th day of De-
cember, 1899, before the expiration of said license. "
